The Equipment Project Manager is responsible for supporting ABM's Electrical End-of-Life (EOL) program through technical assessments, project development, estimating, equipment replacement planning, and execution support. This role serves as a key bridge between sales, engineering, operations, and customers to develop and deliver electrical infrastructure modernization projects.

The successful candidate will bring a combination of field experience, application engineering expertise, estimating capabilities, and project management skills to support both strategic customer programs and broader EOL growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct field assessments and site visits to evaluate electrical equipment condition, risk, and replacement requirements.
• Develop scopes of work, cost estimates, and technical proposals for electrical infrastructure upgrades and replacement projects.
• Support equipment replacement programs for strategic customers, including Walmart and other national accounts.
• Review electrical drawings, equipment specifications, and field conditions to develop accurate project budgets and schedules.
• Partner with sales, operations, and engineering teams during project qualification and pursuit activities.
• Support customer meetings, technical presentations, and solution development discussions.
• Coordinate equipment procurement activities and manage vendor relationships.
• Provide technical guidance during project planning and execution.
• Develop equipment replacement recommendations based on lifecycle, reliability, maintainability, and operational risk considerations.
• Assist in standardizing estimating tools, proposal templates, and EOL assessment methodologies.
• Support training and knowledge transfer initiatives for internal teams.
• Track project opportunities and contribute to EOL program reporting and pipeline management processes.

Qualifications
Required
• 7+ years of experience in electrical systems, application engineering, equipment sales, project management, field service, or related technical disciplines.
• Strong understanding of low- and medium-voltage electrical equipment.
• Experience developing equipment quotations, estimates, and proposals.
• Ability to conduct field assessments and customer-facing site visits.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred
• Experience with switchgear, switchboards, motor control centers, transformers, protective relays, and related power distribution equipment.
• Experience supporting large national accounts or program-based projects.
• Background in electrical construction, field service, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
• Familiarity with UL 508 control panels and industrial control systems.
• Experience with lifecycle replacement or asset management programs.
• Understanding of electrical safety standards and industry best practices.

Travel
• Travel up to 40-50% as required to support site assessments, customer meetings, and project execution activities.
